About Offline Utility
As per ZATCA’s mandate, businesses in the retail industry need to comply with signed e-Invoices and report transactions to ZATCA within 24 hours for B2C and instant for B2B transactions (Whether originated from Back-office or Retail counter). This has raised the need for a light-weight offline utility services to stay compliant with the requirements keeping into consideration of security level restrictions to have zero to minimal impact on connectivity from Retail counters.
